How much will I be charged for delivery on my office furniture order?
(Some items are free UK mainland delivery and therefore not included in these rates)
Order value up to £500 - delivery charge of £29.99
Order value between £500.01 - £1,000 - delivery charge of £39.99
Over values of over £1,000.01 - delivery charge of £59.99
This applies to UK mainland orders and there may be further charges for delivery to Scottish Highlands and other non-mainland areas. We only delivery to ground level premises. Please note that we have a large selection of products available with FREE UK Mainland delivery.
What will happen once I have placed my order?
Once DVB Office Furniture have received your order, we will forward product details and delivery details to Dams International for processing. If any further information is required regarding products ordered, DVB Office Furniture will contact you to discuss this information.
Once Dams International have received your order, Dams should contact you on behalf of DVB Office Furniture to discuss installation (where ordered) and delivery including any directions & special requirements. Delivery is usually within 5-10 working days of the order date.
Dams will arrange delivery and where agreed installation of office furniture ordered from DVB Office Furniture.
What if I would like my purchase of office furniture purchased from DVB Office Furniture to be installed?

What should I do when Dams International deliver goods on behalf of DVB Office Furniture?
Once Dams arrive, goods should be inspected to ensure that all goods ordered have been received and are in a satisfactory condition. The customer should note on the delivery note if goods are damaged and should not accept delivery. If the delivery note is not marked that goods are damaged and the customer accepts delivery of damaged goods, DVB Office Furniture cannot accept returns. Where goods are refused due to damage, a replacement will be ordered and re-delivery will be arranged. Upon re-delivery, the office furniture products should be checked to ensure that they are in a staisfactory condition.
